Cancellation Fee
A $325 for a new patient evaluation or $160 for a return visit per session fee will be charged if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time and date. If your appointment is on a Monday, and you cancel on a Friday, we are closed on the weekends, and therefore you will be charged the cancellation fee. If you do not attend your appointment, your card will be charged $325 for a new patient evaluation or $160 for a return visit per no-show. After three no-shows, we reserve the right to discharge you from our practice.
