Our Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for completed appointments for either cash or insurance clients. These are healthcare appointments, and your insurance will be billed. If you are a cash-pay client, your credit card on file will be charged before services are rendered.

No refunds are given if you purchase supplements from our Full Script store. Our supplements are just recommendations and are not mandatory, so no refunds will be given if you are not happy with or do not like the supplements you purchased. If you receive damaged products, don’t hesitate to contact Full Script directly.
